Regarding the abolition of identity verification by signature when using credit cards

In accordance with the "Credit Card Security Guidelines" established by the Japan Credit Association, the "PIN bypass transaction," which is a transaction method that omits the entry of a PIN when making a payment with an IC credit card and authenticates the identity of the customer by signature, will be abolished in principle as of the end of March 2025.

In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we will require the entry of a PIN in principle from April 2025 onwards. We ask for your understanding and confirmation of your PIN in advance.

If you forget your PIN when paying with an IC credit card at our hotel, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that we may ask you to pay by a method other than credit card.
